BEMBRIDGE, ISLE OF WIGHT

First outing of the year. Expect a good lunch at the Crab and Lobster.

Sat 26th to Sun 27th April

BEGINNERS FLYOUT – FRANCE

An introduction to Continental flying for students and PPLs alike. Landing at Calais, Lille,  then Cambrai for dinner and an overnight stop. Next morning on to Amiens, Le Touquet and back to Lydd. One instructor will take a Cessna 152 to give 5 students a chance to fly a leg each. All other legs to be cost-shared in four-seat aircraft. A very economical way to visit five airfields!

Sat 24th to Mon 26th May

BARCELONA, SPAIN

A very exciting one, landing at Sabadell airport, home of the Barcelona Aero Club who will be our hosts. Friends from Mallorca, France, Switzerland  and Germany may be joining us.

Estimated flight time 6 hours each way.

Bank Holiday weekend.

 

 

Sat 23rd to Sun 24th June

  MIDDEN ZEELAND, HOLLAND

A camping weekend at this beautiful grass field. Bring your own tent.

(Hangar bunks are available for those uncomfortable with the wild)

There is also a caravan for rent at the airfield, but already bagged by Bill.

Easy cycling to Middelburg and Veere.
